If you require international shipping service, we ship globally and would require you please contact us for personalized service. Our carrier of choice is DHL, to ensure the fastest and most secure delivery possible to your destination. Our quote will include tracking and insurance for the package unless you request a specific carrier otherwise. A commercial Invoice will be included with the shipment, indicating country of origin and by-law it will detail the product being purchased and the value you were charged by Paypal. Please note you will be responsible for any and all duties, taxes or import fees required for delivery in the destination country.

Return Procedures and Refunds.
Our Return and Warranty policy is liberal and second to none in the industry. We are here to help you get what you want, sale or no sale. This allows you the freedom to find what you need with confidence and not worry of possible mistakes.
NO RESTOCKING FEE(S) with a replacement order of equal or greater value within the first 30 days of the purchase date… If the item received is incorrect or not what you wanted and you signed for delivery of a sealed and undamaged package, call us for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). If the item shipped is incorrect to what you ordered, we’ll pay for the return and replacement shipping of the product. If not all shipping charges for the return as well as its replacement part(s) will be the responsibility of the buyer.
GET YOUR MONEY BACK if you decide you don’t want your purchase for any reason within 15days of Invoice date, less any shipping paid to send it to you if applicable, plus the lowest restocking fee in the industry. We don’t want you to keep and pay for anything that does not work for you. Just call for a “I don’t want it return authorization”. A 10% restocking charge does apply. Once received, inspected and approved, we will issue credit within 3 days to your original form of payment.

All sales include a 1 year warranty from date of purchase at no extra cost. We will replace any product confirmed to be defected in material or workmanship for up to one year – you will never need to deal with the manufacturer, we will do that for you.
Standard returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee – no exceptions.
Standard Warranty: If you feel you have a defective part, call us for a Warranty Claim Number Authorization; return the approved part for replacement upon inspection and approval of defect.
Expedited Warranty: If you need the part as soon as possible simply follow the same steps as our standard warranty and allows us to send you a replacement part immediately, with standard shipping paid by us, with your authorization of us charging you a deposit for the value of the replacement part only. This deposit would then be refunded once we receive the returned item and it is inspected and confirmed to be defective.
Our warranty and obligation is limited to the replacement of any defective product, approved to be returned with its appropriate return authorization and confirmed to be defective once received and inspected by us. All parts must be installed by a professional mechanic and for replacement of an original equipment or aftermarket product. We will not refund, pay or be liable for any claim(s) to direct or indirect injuries of any person or for any expense you may incur during installation, after installation, use, replacement of our product or misconduct, including but not limited to towing service, rental car, labor or towing expenses, other damaged items said or proven to be caused by use and/or installation of part(s) ordered. Warranties do not apply to products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, defamation, modification, negligence, water, fire, alterations and damages caused in shipping and handling.
